This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Keep Zaha and Wan. See Sakho back fit and stay fit. Buy Batshuayi. Sell Benteke Wickham. Get one more striker. See Starman win goal of the season!!

I would like Roy to stay in charge next season but start the season from his perspective as a completely clean slate when it comes to his team selections. Pick a team and formation based on getting the very best out of the eleven on the pitch, not trying to wedge players into formations that worked in previous seasons and with players that are picked due to loyalties to them. Just assess the squad on day one of pre season and pick a team accordingly on ability, balance and playing to their strengths. This season it feels like we've been trying to play last seasons set up with players that have got completely different strengths and we haven't adjusted to the types of players we've brought in.

I would like to see a new striker and an attacking midfielder. None of these things are unrealistic. If we don't get a striker at least and stick with Roy I think we'll be relegated. We can't go on like this forever.

Quite simply, I want to see the home performances improve. As a season ticket holder for the last 16 or 17 seasons, this has been the most pathetic home season since we've been back in the Premier League. I want to see the team i saw up at Turf Moor play at Selhurst every week.

This Is that not what we've had this season though? Aside from that period between October-December we never seriously looked like we were going down. Even now, we're effectively six points clear of the drop - four more points will do it, which we will easily do. I think the whole "looking over your shoulder" bit is Palace fans just being overly anxious.
