Spot on
Boring as hell tbh
I hope SP realises this and acts accordingly.
A point a game is the end of this season and should keep us up but we are better than 12th.

I would be very surprised if Ray would want the job even if the opportunity presents itself. He's got no ambition to be a manager.

He had a go at managing us before that wasn't very successful.

What makes you think he is a good number 2? I watch him on the touchline and there is a complete lack of motivaation. Think i have only heard him speak once.

Whats up? Has it been said that Roy is hanging up his coat at the end of the season?

I nam sure that RH and L are a partnership. RH is appointed to manage and shortly afterwards RL is at his side.

Ray is stealing a living in the game, one of the lucky ones, no obvious talent but seems to be in the right place at the right time.

If Ray were a No. 1, he'd have shown it years ago. And we aren't playing boring crap...we just aren't scoring enough.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

The older fans will remember we had Ray as a number 1 before in the 90s... It really didn't go well!!!

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Joint manager with Peter Nicholas - another bold experiment that failed !

Indeed Neillo... Peter Taylor aside it was some of the poorest football I've seen us play!!

Not sure about this. Andros was going through a bad patch when Ray arrived and credits him with turning around his performance. I think he is a good No 1 and I doubt he would want the job now, he's been down that road and it didn't work.

Personally I hope we can get another season or two out of Roy, I think he’s terrific. I’m not sure that RL is the man to fill his boots, he has little 1st team Manager experience.

I like the idea of getting in an understudy with Roy who would eventually succeed him. This won’t be a popular suggestion but perhaps Freedman. He turned us around in Championship from regulation favourites to the best team in the division in about 15 months, what happened after that I couldn’t really give a toss about. He just fits at Palace, just like Eddie Howe just fits at Bornemouth.

No established manager would want to join as an understudy. It’s probably the only way we would achieve continuity as an outsider would want to impose their ideas/philosophy which is a gamble (FdB).
