Looks like he put his foot down in mid-stride.

At first viewing, I would have said an accident. Play it on repeat and I don't think he did enough to NOT stamp.

Guilty.

I have not seen the incident and only Mings will know if he purposely trod on Oliveira's face.I find it hard to believe that any player would intentionally do so in order to inflict facial damage on a fellow professional.

Besides Mings doesn't seem that sort of character - At Bournemouth he is known for his generosity offering to buy new shirts for fans and buying tickets for a fan who never had any money.

A player who came from non-league Chippenham Town, recommended to Ipswich by Russell Osman.

You can see the incident by clicking on the video clip in this thread.

Was very deliberate he could easily have moved his foot out of the way despite falling forward.

Didn't Watford fans say the same about Capoue?

When I first saw the incident I thought definately accidental. Having watched the above video he appears to look down before the "stamp" so would have known where the player's head was, I think he could have avoided contact

Probably just defending their player.
Capoue has averaged 6 yellows a season over the last 4 seasons.Received 1 red over that period.

Yeah, and Jimmy Savile gave millions to charity so couldn't have done bad things.

1) He's got form. Like someone else pointed out, in 30 years I can recall two instances of someone stamping on an opponent's head: both were Tyrone Mings

2) What can't speak, can't lie. The video is damning.

Having perused the incident a few times I find it inconclusive. The FA should not be influenced by the previous charge concerning Ibrahimovic, they should view the incident at the weekend in isolation.

I am sure it will be forensically assessed and we all know what good that is.

Bit like you defending the indefensible (Clattenburg). I don't care about Capoue's previous record, his assault on Zaha was premeditated and vicious. Deeney basically admitted they set out to get Zaha. Please don't try and defend the thugs that are Watford
