Not sure I agree. Gave us very little,(and Zaha virtually nothing) I even begun to wonder if he has an agenda against Zaha.
The episode with Ward before Trippier's free-kick was bordering on farcical, a lot of posturing from the ref.

I actually thought he had a good game. On balance he hit nearly every decision correct, whether he had help or not.

Can somebody clarify for me what discretion (if any) a ref has with a speck of blood on a player's nose? It was not as if he had a cut pouring blood and it did seem farcical in that position to remove a player from the wall thus giving the attacking side a massive advantage as demonstrated by the free man who should have scored.

It seemed even more farcical when the camera closed in on Ward after "treatment" when it looked exactly the same as before!

I got vision, and the rest of the world wears bifocals.

Another question. Why didn’t Walker-Peters get given a yellow card for his delightful handball in the penalty area?

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

What would you call the penalty area, a foul of any description in this area could lead to a goal not being scored so its always has to be a penalty.
