If you bothered to do your homework you'd know that black people are both more likely to be sentenced for an offence and to receive a longer sentence than a white counterpart. For the same crime. This is also true across the pond.

Your inference that the criminal justice system goes easy on black people is both racist and without merit. If you're going to spout nonsense and are called out on it, then what can be perceived to be a thinly veiled threat of violence to the person who highlighted that fact might not be the most adult of replies.

Tom made the initial statement, out of nowhere, that black people are treated more leniently by the jujstice system. I notice that you didn't, indeed would never pick him up on something like that. I wonder why.

I haven't been caught calling anyone anything. Someone jumping in out of nowhere with the idea that if those involved had been black they'd have got off or received compensation is clearly making a statement that is both bizarre, racist and unjustifiable.
