Too much of a drain to reduce to Cruiserweight.
Didn't have the power or the puff to be effective after the first few rounds.
A money fight that was always likely to go only one way.

Once again, the promoter and boxer got rich while the public got mugged.

Too much of a drain, he started his career at light heavy, moved upto cruiserweight as he had no chance of beating Stevenson or kovalev, then fought at heavyweight as no chance haye was cutting to cruiserweight. Was a fairly good British boxer having a crack, fighting the best cruiserweight in the world for all the belts. Hardly robbing the public. You can slag off alot of ppv Hearn sticks in but last night was ppv worthy.

Agreed... Usyk is a monster who could easily step up to heavyweight and knock most of them out... I actually have a lot of time for Bellew.. I sat next to him on a train from Manchester to London about 5 years ago... He was very easy to get on with and extremely humble and work in class... When I told him I was a Palace fan he made a point of saying that he'd been to Selhurst Park a couple of times and even pulled a bird in our very own Blue Orchid back in the day!!

Said he had a lot of time for Palace. Proper working-class area with a proper old fashioned ground and fans... He signed a spare glove that he had for me... If he wins on Saturday I might even cash it in!!

Yeah, think he was the everton guy i knocked out outside the arthur back in the day, saw him later in the blue orchid and bought him a drink, well, he shouldn"t have asked me where the station was! Mind you, he looks smaller in the boxing ring!

To lose weight to fight a powerhouse like Usyk was not about sport, it was about money.
With age comes increasing weight and coming down in pounds becomes more difficult and draining.

You might think it was a good scrap, but in truth, he had almost no chance after the first five rounds.
Don't believe the hype.

I enjoyed last night. Thought it was a decent fight. Usyk is class, would like to see him fight Adonis Stevenson before he moves up.

Can't see him losing to anyone but big heavyweights.

Very good fighter, the best cruiserweight since Holyfield.

Agree mate. But he might as well iron everyone out first, Badou Jack aswell. Heavyweights go on a lot longer than the lower weights.
Couldn’t see Parker, whyte etc landing a glove on him. Think he would struggle with the big heavyweights, if he can make 14,4 he would need to put on 2 stone.
Been watching him on instagram, he’s a proper funny f*cker.

Well yeah anyone already knew that, was still a great opportunity for him, like Alvarez vs fielding, fielding has got next to no chance, still doesn't mean canelo isn't ppv worthy in the US.
