Everton might just be the club that suits him best. It's big enough and he will get to play every week rather than just sitting on the bench with one of the top four At right-back, Everton already have Seamus Coleman and their Academy graduate Jonjoe Kenny who has been attracting plaudits.

There would be a furore if we sold AWB, a local boy who has come through the academy and is showing such ability. He is a work-in-progress but he is a young boy learning his trade and he does have the pace to make recovery tackles. He is of course a player with huge potential. Besides, we would have to replace him with another right-back as in my humble opinion Ward is simply below the quality required to play as a regular in the PL.And one suspects many would question whether the club would come up with the right replacement given the criticism of the transfer activity. Very good.

Such has been sensational form id argue he's too good for an Everton. I'm seeing a top 4 player in him. In terms of ability at that age, he outshines Wilf which is something I never thought I'd say. Is he better than Trent? I'd argue he's up there. To be fair Trippier, Trent, Valencia etc are not better or worse. But to be saying this after a kid hasn't even reached 20 games is nuts but completely accurate. Huge talent. Makes me wonder who else we have in the youth teams who could step up. Gone are the 'it's too risky to take a chance days'. We have to gamble a bit with these players. AWB was a case of the right place at right time. We need to give others a chance. Yep, Wolves seem to have nurtured a good one in Gibbs-White, who got 30 mins against the Spuds and looked very good.

Entirely unrelated to whether we can keep him or not, which I think we most certainly can, for now. It’s nice to have any excuse to wack a bit of the Clash on. Now fully part of a pre-palace match ritual. Edited by Mstrobez (04 Nov 2018 2.04pm)

He'll go to a much bigger team than Everton, but probably not for 2/3 years

I could see him replacing Young at Moan U. Then we could buy him back when they don't play him. Best he stays here for a couple of more season's, unless we go..... Don't even go there.

I can't see any one coming in for him it's still early days. He may look very good at times for us but he could be another player that looks great when young and doesn't progress. If you really watch him he is no where near good enough for big teams and even if they did go for him he would sit on the bench
