I think he will see his contract out. When he does leave then Slaviša Jokanović would be a possibility if Fulham have been relegated by then (a sideways move if they are still in the PL so it wouldn't happen).

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I'd have Big Sam back in a heartbeat to be honest. You talk about a scouting network; The guy brought in PVA, Schlupp and Mili. I have no doubt we'd have a few better players with him.
Mourinho would be a great signing, but we would have to guarantee Ł50m a year (min) per year of his contract and aim for a top 4 finish.
Having said all that, I'm more than happy with Roy. He'll have same end result as any other decent manager that could come to us, which is not getting relegated. Personally, I don't really see the difference with finishing 12th and 16th.

I'd like to see Gary Neville, ok his record in Spain not to good but we could seriously do alot worse.

He's doing a good job with the England womens team & is being earmarked for the 'GB Ladies Olympic Squad' in 2020 Japan.

Whats Sir Steve upto these days?

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Chris Wilder seems to have had success wherever he goes and each step up he has shown his ability to adapt. You imagine he would also have good knowledge of the football league and Championship. The fact Sheffield United is his boyhood club could be a stumbling block.

It didn't seem to hinder Warnock

Steve Gerrard at the end of the 2019/20 season when Roy's contract is over.

Spend up to 3 seasons at Palace before moving onto the England job to prepare for the 2026 world cup.

Warnock was no longer at Sheff Utd and out of a job when Jordan appointed him.

I've been to Burnley and SE25 and doubt whether either is any better than the other

The difference being up the road from SE25, you have one of the greatest cities in the world, opposite direction you have the coast.

Twenty miles either side of Burnley you have the same old s***

Eddie Howe was living in a nice part of Cheshire when he managed Burnley.

People have criticised his record at Burnley but he did buy Trippier,Mee,Vokes and Ings.

Very wise words.

When the time comes, then there will be a clearer picture as to the potential possibilities to replace him.It is folly and indeed premature to engage in such discussion at this juncture.

Question is though, will the board have a replacement ready and waiting or will ot be another eleventh hour replacement and subsequent sacking?
