South Africa is what happens when you take land from people who have not progressed for thousands of years, develop it and then give it back to them.

Out of every 100 people you will have a percentage able to do it....this is true of every group.

However, you need enough within that group to dominate over the corrupt and basal.

Tell me which Africa country has done this.

Africa has been progressed by accessing the technology and development of other cultures.

God knows where Africa would be otherwise.

Thank you for that grammatical correction, however, the point remains the same. Any progress sub Sarahan Africans have made toward the first world has been down to Europeans. Of course, you could argue that Europeans were all descended from Africans, but that does not necessarily promote the achievements of those who were left behind.

Thank you for that grammatical correction, however, the point remains the same. Any progress sub Sarahan Africans have made toward the first world has been down to Europeans.
Of course, you could argue that Europeans were all descended from Africans, but that does not necessarily promote the achievements of those who were left behind.
