I know Leeds sing it about Tressor Kandol so it’s not a new one sadly.

Hopefully it sticks with Townsend as Wan Bissaka has the best chant I’ve ever heard last season, which I believe started at Huddesfield, to the tune of Rock the Casbar - your wingers they don’t like iiiiit, WAN BISSAKA, WAN BISSAKA

Can we find out who came up with this, would love to know who.

I watch Hibs in Edinburgh and they have been singing this since last season about their superfast winger Martin Boyle.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Soz to be a grumpy ol’ pedant, but it’s:

Rock the CASBAH

Casper (not Caspar) the friendly ghost

I admit that doesn’t help very much with the songs

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

I was at both games and only ever sung star man for Townsend and Casper for WB simple. Loads of you just got it wrong.
Then that poor sod went down in the aisle at Fulham.

I'm not a fan of Rock the Cas.... blah blah tune

I'm sticking with Star man for Wan Bissako as sung at Fulham.

See you all at Watford!

I thought it was originally sung by Liverpool fans for their young winger, although I can't remember his name. It's possible that they nicked it from somewhere else though.

I have only heard it dung for Andros and agree that it is about time he got his own song. Wan Bissako has the rock the casbah tune. Unfortunately not against Watford though.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Martin Boyle has been at Hibs a few seasons now, was fast but no end product when Hibs took a punt on him. He has thrived under Neil Lennon and his coaches and would be worth a look towards the end of this season as if he continues to improve he may be worth a look for Palace (£6m by then I would say,Lennon loves the guy)

We should have bought John McGinn - big missed opportunity that one.

I'm pretty sure that Andros acknowledged it on Twitter and thanked the fans.

On that basis I think taking it away from him would be an insult.

its Andros' song

Parrot

Mr Cadbury's Parrot says "Hello"
