There I was on a sightseeing trip down the Thames with my 7 year old, and we see these noisy lot! The skipper of our boat explained that the City of London round up the naughty and unsavoury types and ship them out of town!! We then saw the second Palace boat and he said, 'bloody hell they've been busy rounding up this lot today'.

One request...Can we get a boat back next time? We somehow ended up in East Ruislip on the District Line when left to our own devices to get back to Victoria.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |
