That isn't what he's saying, that's a straw man argument. His link is to Islamic protestors of the British army who actually went out and protested them on the street. Personally I totally agree with every single one of them being rounded up and departed. Any of their family who agreed with them can go too. As for what country takes them. I would strip them of the British nationality and pay for pakistan or Bangladesh to have them....as I imagine those are the likely heritage countries of most of them and how they likely self identify anyway. He was not making a general point about Black and Asian people like your reply implies. That's an insult to Black and Asian people who regard people like these as scum. Edited by Stirlingsays (13 Jul 2018 3.11pm) Yes, I have now worked that out. But of course, not before I was called slimy. I don't like that. As you keep telling me, I am a snowflake.

I think the protest against Trump is more to do with freedoms and democracy and how his policies and rhetoric aims to divide people to gain the populist vote. He is also symbolic of a broken system. Even in this thread you can see the sort of divisiveness that people like Trump tap into, comments like 'they know where the door is', Trump, Farage and the like tell you about another race or different section of society to blame for all your troubles like Immigrants then you'll vote for them. So it won't necessarily be the minorities disdain towards Trump but the white majority who want it be know he does not represent them Edited by Pussay Patrol (13 Jul 2018 3.21pm)

Fair enough.....if it's an honest misinterpretation then cool. As for being called 'slimy'. I like reading your views on here. I obviously differ with a lot of them but that's a different thing. I'm a strong believer in people not existing just within their own bubbles.....it's intellectually healthy. But when we partake in this ideological mesh it's going to get bumpy from time to time, especially if we get our wires crossed. As long as we keep it clean then it's a vent that prevents far worse exchanges. I don't think you're slimy....was it amusing?...yes....Could you be creative back? I'm sure you could. We can all play within the rules. It's just a political forum on a football site at the end of the day.

I actually don't understand this post. What protests about racism? I am in London today and I see people protesting about Trump. Sure, his misogyny and attitude to people that don't look like him are a part of the protest. But from what I see people have lots of other issues as well, not least of all that Trump wants to use the rest of the world in order to Make America Great Again, whether or not it's in their and our interests. The USA used to be far greater you know... Ooh look, the BBC found some dark people. How strange, I thought there were none. Try reading, I said mainly in my write up. Maybe you could answer the question, why are there mainly white people protesting in a very black and Asian city? Called Trump a facist but it was quite clear she had no idea what a facist actually was. She was asked why she hadn't protested about the Chinese or Saudis visits she did not reply. I honestly think she had no idea but has jumped on the "Trump" bandwagon.

I wouldn’t think Trump is bothered about protesters at all, especially in a foreign country, he holds all the aces.

Lots of all sorts of people here moaning about Trump. I don't see any one particular group being over or under-represented. You asked why mainly white people protesting about racism. The answer is they are protesting about lots of stuff, racism may be one. Anyway, isn't racism a concern for white people? I suppose it's only Black and Asian people that can deal with it, right? No need for any white introspection eh?

I didn't spot that it was a joke, must be a whoosh on me then. I won't be creative back to people that consistently attack ad hominem. I don't come on this site to talk about myself or to defend myself. That is how to turn off the vast majority of other posters. I come on to debate points of view, facts and opinion.
