Eni Aluko is better than some male pundits. Giggs for a start. Alex Scott is better but I don’t like her or on that lunchtime bbc2 programme. I actually don’t like the show or anyone on it, looking for the next banal subject on Jose Mourinho, all checking their pronounciation while speaking and looking uncomfortable doing so, and not very confident in what they’re saying.

She was on Catchphrase this week, as they've got some World Cup specials on, and she made Paul Merson look like a f***ing genius. Quite hysterically in the end they had to bring in Dennis Wise (whom I suspect was who they'd actually booked to be on it, before realising it's against the law to have an all male panel) to answer a question for her. You couldn't make it up.

Edited by Bekken (24 Jun 2018 3.55pm) Zabaleta will start out well, but will pale into bland after the BBC get their claws into him. linekar, shearer, et al are all like a zombie movie.
