Edited by Stirlingsays (09 May 2018 12.21pm) Not I’m not kidding, I just listen and look at it all from all angles, who has what to gain/lose.I honestly hand on heart trust the Russians no less or more than the Americans, I’m not sure, but I question everything.

Trump promised to rip up the deal back while he was campaigning two years ago because it was a very badly negotiated deal that gives Iran far too much. Trump has come in to clean up the mess of virtue signalling Obama. 'rip up the deal' The USA is becoming unreliable and unstable in international relations, a mirror image of its leader. The fundamental weakness of the USA system is the overwhelming power it gives to one man. The 'allies' and Russia China etc. look set to continue with what they agreed to, unlike the USA, as with climate we can carry on. If you don't observe your obligations then people will just continue without you. You can't deal with someone who just 'rips the deal up' because they feel like it. Trade deals with Trump, what would be the point.

Two Independent journalists were on the ground shortly after what happened with the Chemical attack in Syria and both more or less confirmed that it never happened.

Trump doing what AIPAC and Netanyahu tell him to do. Drain the Swamp? He's fully bought and paid for. Still, there's no causus Belli for military action against Iran. How long before the manufacturing of consent for one starts in earnest?

We know whose side you are on comrade. Good. I'm glad it's clear that I'm on the side of not-telling-barefaced-lies-to-your-citizens-to-further-your-own-agendas. The likes of Pravda, Izvestia and all the rest live on - sadly not just in Russia. Your views on the actual points made - that Trump is acting at the behest of the Israeli lobby and that efforts to stir up a conflict with Iran are likely - would be appreciated. Play the ball, not the man. Edited by Mr_Gristle (09 May 2018 5.55pm)
