Fair, but I must admit Joyce interests me. He has the kind of engine that will fight against aging as a heavyweight so he's got at least another five years.

He has power and a great chin but no real speed.....still, the number of fast footed heavyweights is at a premium.

I think he's a reasonable chance of picking up a heavyweight belt.....considering there is four and no unified champion will be allowed to keep them for more than a fight.....because....money.

Joyce is a Bruno type figure ability wise.

Probably will get to top five heavyweight..

If the unification fight does happen I can't see them stripping one of them after a fight, seeing as Wladimir was able to keep 3 of the main 4 belts for many years.

Early days as a pro but I don't see Joyce reaching the top level.

I agree that it's a weak ppv....however, compared to the US we get ppv dirt cheap in this country. Most of the people complaining about twenty quid haven't got a clue what they pay in the US.

The reality is that a lot of these fights wouldn't happen without ppv and people always have the choice of not buying it.....which is perfectly valid. I'm not buying this one.

This card needed another big fight on it really.

I wouldn't say we get them dirt cheap, I would say the Americans get charged crazy money for them. 70-90 dollars normally, and even more for the HD.

No not dirt cheap, but I said compared to the US it's dirt cheap.

We probably pay a reasonable level. It's important that we don't support weak ppv cards though as we all know that the Hearns and Warrens would just love any encouragement to serve them up.

During that era there was no major American contender and boxing was doing badly in the States.

It's all about money for the sanctioning bodies but it would be nice if you were right. We will see I guess if Joshua fights and beats Wilder.

The last part is dead right, just like when Sky tried to PPV football at £5 per match. Don't buy it and they soon learn the lesson.

I'm not paying for this and ITV box office needs to die a swift death. Subscribing to Box Nation is madness, especially as they now simulcast any decent fight on BT.

The amount overpaid to football is crazy.

I remember when the Premiership was being set we were told it would benefit the England team to have all these foreign players.

No, it benefits the elites and it's a money rip off.....essentially it's turned a working man's game into an expensive hobby. The game in Germany is a far better model.

The only people to benefit have been the small number of top footballers.

The irony is that if Haye wins they will try and sell us the trilogy fight.

Unfortunately not all the good ones are shown on BT too. BT announced last week that they are launching a ppv channel soon.

For the record, if Haye's as good as he says he is again then i think he'll knock him out early. If not then i think Bellew on points. I'm hoping Bellew wins again though.

this was a pretty mediocre presser until about 14mins when the niceties go out the window. Haye looks worried when Bellew starts talking the talk

It's not often you see Haye lost for words and squirming. His confidence has obviously taken a dent and I'd expect that to influence his boxing when he has to dig deep.

But will he "Walk the walk" ?
Haye will do his talking in the ring.
Haye has the punching power with 26 of his 28 wins coming by KO.
Bellew's record is 19 of his 29 wins by KO.

Well we wouldn't even be trying to do the ground up without it, to be fair.

Of course this is true, but also crucial is the mental side of sport and especially boxing. Haye looked very weak and 'found out', he was scrambling for words. If he carries that frame of mind into the ring he's going to struggle
