Jedi was an inspirational player for us, but his passing out of defence could be wayward and seemed to get worse towards the end of his time with us. Luka is technically a better all-round player.

different type of player. It's like comparing Gerrard to Lampard both play midfield but different type of player with a few over lapping qualities but you expect that from players in top leagues. Both look to be good captains but again in a different ways. It would of been good to see both together in the squad. All this talk about Zaha being big player Luka is massive we really would struggle without him plus I can see clubs trying to get him (remember this guy has played in champions league hes not some nobody coming from low leagues we found)

Milo doesn’t give the ball away 5% as much as Jedi.

Still find it hilarious one manager didn't think this guy was vital to the team or even rate him as a player..! One of the best pure central midfielders we've ever had.

No doubt Luka is better technically. But he’ll have to go a long way yet before he can equal what Jedi did for us. Was a lot harder for Jedi to do what he did for us as a club captain at the time. He was in my opinion the main catalyst for us getting to where we are today. Having players the quality of Luka playing for us in the PL. I agree, on our promotion season he was a monster , it was his leadership that got us up and kept us there, his passion rubbed off on the other players and still lives on in this squad today, jedinak for me changed the clubs DNA, true legend.

I hope not... Why not? He must be close to be hanging up his boots in any case. Would be a perfect fit to come in & learn his trade under Roy for a couple of seasons before Roy retires. A nice smooth transition from manager to manager would be nice for a change.

I credit Jedi with getting us promoted. Even more so than Zaha, Bolasie, Murray and the others. Just loved the guy and what he did for the team. But he couldn’t pass and Milo can. That is the big advantage Milo has. But this debate is like having to say whether you prefer your Mum or your Dad!

They are both the same type of player. Both have done an amazing job for Palace. They couldn't have done it together. Why choose between them, just admire and appreciate what they do. Both are unsung heroes.
