Sakho was poor yesterday. He is being slaughtered on MOTD and Sky Goals on Sunday for not seeing the threats which is true but to be fair he usually is shouting and pointing and leading the defence. He didn’t do that yesterday. Also better with Tompkins beside him. We need him back for the last 6.

Over analysis of the game is killing it. Now fans just abuse players because the pundits who never made any errors when playing look for every little reason why a goal was scored and hang the defenders out to dry. No credit for scorers, just always negativity about defenders.

He didn't cover himself in glory yesterday but they had so much ball in and around our box it was simply a question of time before one fell for them.

Very true.
Against Spurs, Man Utd and Liverpool they were buzzing around our area continuously. Eventually a mistake will be made a mental error will occur or a bounce will go their way.
Still it's far better to just slaughter our players.

No player is above criticism.

Sakho has been praised in the past but the fact is he was culpable for both goals against Liverpool.
This is not "Slaughtering" him just aiming criticism that is justified. We all make mistakes (Even referees !).

Clearly you haven't read the original post.
I accept mistakes, even by refs. Yesterday the ref didn't make a mistake, he consciously refused to enforce the letter of the law. A mistake is making an accidental, unconscious error.

I remember last season when the ball was going out for probably a corner, so sahko does an outrageous back heal to bring the ball straight back into play at point blank range in front of our goal !!!! (Whitehorse end)

To this day I've never got my head around the thought processes to do something so reckless ???

Can't remember who we were playing

Good movement in the box from quality strikers. The movement in the box from any of our attacking players is lamentable. If Sakho gets a toe on the cross Salah doesn't score. If he didn't try to reach it and Salah scores what do you say then? This is how Sakho plays, if you want someone who plays differently then let's bring in Delaney.
Players make mistakes. Sane made two massive ones, but a bent referee helped him out. AWB made an error for the first, Wilf allowed TAA to get away from him for the second. Mistakes, mental or technical are being made by players all the time, some get punished, some don't. To slaughter Sakho for this yet ignore every good thing he does seems a bit unfair to me. He helped our defence keep Salah out for 84 minutes with a mixture of skill and luck, so a little credit where its due, surely.

Can't even get the name of the player right.

Hr makes the odd mistake and the position he plays in means they usually get punished. But he still brings a confidence to the defence and brings out the best in thd rest of them. Tries to play the ball out of defence and usually finds a team mate.doing this there is bound to be the odd mistake, but Would you rather he just hoofed it and give possession straight back. We played against the front three that have been scoring goals for fun this season, and how many chances did we give them?

Wow, that's all you care about. A ref blatantly cheats but I typed the wrong name. Priorities.
