We have played fairly well against the top teams and not quite got what we deserve. The difference is our next 6 opponents don't have the same quality players as the top 6.

As Roy has said, we got exactly what we deserved.

I don't agree, if that penalty against City went in, things would look better.
Since October, it was only Arsenal away where we weren't in the game, all the others we were in the game until the end.

He's the man that picks Benteke week in week out, so he should know. Perhaps he has no choice..

Glorious failure, what are you talking about?

Do you really think WBA, Stoke, Southampton, Huddersfield, Swansea are going to put a string of results together, when they have not done it all season? We have shown more fighting spirit than that lot put together. Swansea are maybe the only side that have shown a glimmer, but they have faltered recently, we will survive in the end.

Hang in there and we will be fine, the key games are at home, WBA, Stoke, Leicester and the South Coast Green Party....

As Roy has said, the table doesn't lie and no side is too good to go down.
Time to get a few wins to guarantee Premiership status next year, starting with Bournemouth next game.
Not mission impossible by any means.

We are not necessarily better than those teams but I can see we could get 2 wins and 2 draws and 2 losses from the last 6 games.

That would give us 8 points making 38 points.

If that is enough to stay up not really sure this time.

I know you are praying we go down, as you have been predicting for months.

Nobody is saying the next 6 games will be easy, I doubt if Roy is, but West Brom, Southampton and Huddersfield are very poor and are not scoring. I cant see them picking up many more points.

We have played fairly well against the top teams and not quite got what we deserve. The difference is our next 6 opponents don't have the same quality players as the top 6.

This is unadulterated piffle.

The last thing I want is for us to plummet into the Championship. I really will be distraught.
So I have been an avid supporter of our club since the 60s and want us to be relegated so that I am proved right ? What lot of hogwash.

As for Bournemouth, I can only see them winning. They have only lost 1 of their last 7 Home games and averaged 2 goals a game in those 7 games.

Which gives me some hope. As we all know a run of good form always comes to an end at some point - perhaps next Saturday.

I agree,Leicester had put together an incredible winning run together until they played us at their place and were thrashed 3-0 with even Benteke scoring!!
