Hand speed, footwork, ability to take a punch, I'd argue he matches him for stamina. Think Parker will run Joshua a lot closer than people think. May even catch him in round 4 of 5. Not that I'm biased or anything. Sprites keep an eye out for one of my pals , in the middleweight tournament in Auckland. The blonde fella in the middle Kerry. I wouldn’t be surprised if AJ beats Parker. Then wilder comes to England , probably to fight Whyte. AJ fights Miller. Then Joshua v Wilder (probably over here, who would have thought that a few years ago ?)

We sponsor him. Not that we are looking for work in Auckland. I couldn’t afford the diesel. Attachment: 185277E4-9CF6-4255-A29D-691A88187E96.png (1,242.68Kb)

DM me a YouTube link if it's recorded etc. Lovely place NZ but a bit of an outpost if you're in the boxing world. Moving to the other side of the planet and then choosing to get punched in the face for a living - I guess anythings better than working for you..

Yeah probably, he went to Australia and ended up in NZ. He says it’s the equivalent of being a good level boxer in Kent.

As has been mentioned anyone has a punches chance at heavyweight level. Parker was very poor against Hughie Fury and looked very flabby and overweight. I feel Joshua needs to finish it inside 7. Any longer and Parker has a chance.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Ok, so what are people's thoughts on how this will go? For me at the minute i just favour Joshua based on the fact that he's tasted the atmosphere before and will likely settle down quicker getting into his rhythm with that telegraph pole of a jab...BUT...he has to keep Parker at distance so he doesn't get caught. Parker for me has a punchers chance and should be strong in the early rounds; but having been on the floor a few times already before getting up to win show's Joshua's heart. For me Joshua in round 10 by KO AJ in the 3rd.
I refuse to believe there are that many people out there that can't spell. Too f**king lazy, that's what I think. |

The nearer fightnight gets the more I start to wonder if this could be an upset. AJ will be a bigger guy however Parker does have very fast hands. Parker is also a very good inside fighter and if he can start to get inside AJs guard this could be interesting. That said my money would still be on AJ but am tempted to bet on Parker mid to late if the odds are generous enough.
