Huddersfield are, like us, a club all pulling in the same direction. If we can get a result next week that will be a massive step towards us staying up Well, they're more like a bunch of street fighters than a football club, but I know what you mean. Having said which today they had 80 minutes to break down a Swansea side with ten men camped in their own half and not getting anywhere near the Huddersfield goal, and still only got a point. Edited by chateauferret (10 Mar 2018 8.25pm) If they could not break down a 10 man defence it must indicate they are only able to score from counterattacks so I hope we do not give them the opportunity next week. I think we have enough to take the points. COYP

Against Huddersfield many might expect us to fare somewhat better and the pressure on the players to get a result will be even greater given that we are both fighting against relegation.Huddersfield have won 1 and Drawn 1 of their last 2 Home games and this will be a really hard match for us.

I was there the first game of the season so know what is meant about street fighters. As a club they all pull together, but their weakness this season has been not attempting to attack so I Would hope we have enough to contain them, but need to break them down (without being kicked off the pitch again)

Looking at the fixtures, you have to fear from Southampton and West Ham. You could even say that we have been lucky. Over the last few games we have been forced to bring in Wan-Bissaka against three of the biggest teams in the division, and we have found a solution to where we get our new £10 million Right Back from in the Summer. Kelly seems to be another level from Kelly of 12 months ago. Van Aanholt looks quality again. The backs against the wall seem to have got the team playing together. We have an energised Zaha back, Sakho to come back in.

I'd throw Stoke in there, with a very tough March/April as well. Edited by Booted Eagle (10 Mar 2018 9.46pm) Edited by Booted Eagle (10 Mar 2018 9.47pm)

As excited as I am. I want to see us go to Huddersfield and put them to the sword. Not have a performance like against Burnley at their place where we battered them but came away with nothing. We need points from this one massively.

On paper we can stay up, what will play a big part is confidence of our players. Sure RH will do his utmost to get the lads in the right frame of mind, so here's hoping with everything crossed.

West Ham and Southampton are in a false sense of security (not in the bottom 3) when both are abysmal. For all our faults and weaknesses, we have spirit and goals in us Just hope Huddersfield don't injure anyone, bunch of kickers.

Wet Spam have lost their last three matches by three goals in each case, against Swansea, Liverpool and Burnley. We've lost our last three matches by one goal in each case, against Spurs, Man U and Chelsea. If I were them I'd be wetting myself.
