Have they crocked him again ? From what I saw it didn’t look too good the way that wilf limped off.

During the match one Huddersfield player took him out, and as he went down a second one stood on his ankle. He was never quite the same after that, but he did give a thumbs-up sign to Roy as he was sitting on the bench after he was subbed, so maybe just sore and bruised.

Same. We've got 2 weeks till Liverpool as well.

Wilf is due to play for The Ivory Coast v Togo on Saturday and then Moldova on Tuesday. We could do with him missing those.

That might be the reason he went down , not under a challenge , so that he could withdraw from the national squad?

Are you suggesting that after all this time we are finally becoming a professional premier league team. Withdrawing players from meaningless internationals with “injuries”. Players taking yellow cards for the team when Kevin De Bruyne is about to rip through us. It’s cynical, but hey, everyone else has been playing that game for years.

has resisted writing a single post on the Ross McCormack thread !!!
