To think, if we’d held on in the cup final, he’d have gone down in history as our greatest ever.

Whatever he does I think he’s finished as a football manager.

Pards was on a hide to nothing at WBA but I think he has done quite well.

The Baggies, while winless under Pulis for many games were not in the drop zone,so Pards sure has changed their direction of travel and cemented their place at the bottom.
Probably, will be sacked next week should they lose at Watford, then perhaps he will go back to plastering.

There will probably be a vacancy for Pope soon, at least then he can boast that he went one step better than Alan Mullery.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Not sure what bright light in the WBA role thought he was a decent appointment. I could see it in the summertime, not a mid-season appointment

If one examines Pardew's managerial record one can see promotion with Reading and W.Ham and he won a trophy at Southampton. He got 2 teams to FA Cup finals and achieved a 5th place finish in the PL for Newcastle in his first full season in charge.

If he is dismissed by WBA, I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in football again without a lengthy delay.I don't believe that WBA will be his last job as a manager.
