Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

He knows his own body I guess, so if he’s not sure his calf will hold out, why risk it? Media making a big fuss over nothing as usual.

Sakho’s vulnerability to injury/unavailability has been evident for the last few seasons.

Doesn't say how bad the injury was or if he'll actually miss the match. Did Roy mention it himself in his interview?

This doesn't exactly make an entry under the file: "The lad's prepared to run through walls for the team," does it? The club, medical staff, Roy etc.. all want him out there and are confident he is fit to play. Sadly, Mamadou himself doesn't want to. Don't expect to see him on Sunday or anytime soon. Ok maybe we shouldnt be paying him 120k a week if he doesnt want to play!! Only fair, we bought him to play, he doesnt want to.....get rid!

Bit damned if you do and damned if you don't. Zaha kept going when injured - now he is out for a month. I'd rather Sakho sits out one game and can play the remaining 10.

If it was one game he missed then ok, but he was pencilled in to play against Everton two weeks ago but pulled out at the last minute for the same reason.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

We need Sakho back fit, even if it means we get these next three in winnable games out the way first. We will probably be back in the bottom 3 after these games. But with him Zaha and others that are missing back for the remainder of the season we should stay up? After the start to the season we had we should all be happy of our current position. We were dead and buried after 8 matches and Hodgson has performed miracles to get us in this position and hopefully he will keep us up once those out at the moment return? Keep the faith :-)
