Roger Milford was always the best when I was younger, knew how to run a game, always had a smile on his face and the players respected him. Worst is obviously Clat...can’t bring myself to say his name.

Paul Durkin & Steve Bennett for me as top refs. David Elleray also very good - took no s***e from players despite being a skinny git. Harrow schoolmaster, I believe? The list of bad ones is too long to go into, although Clattenburg would be at the top of it.
