What does this say about Jach? What a terrible purchase, not even on the bench when we only have one CB and behind Delaney.

I think it probably just says he is not quite ready fir the pace of the premier league. From what the people who are paid to select the team see day in day out, I would imagine. Does not make him a terrible purchase, seriously.

Most certainly not European.

Unbelievable bad luck with injuries atm. Let's rally around the lads who are fit enough to play in what is becoming quite a makeshift team. Keep them solid Roy and big Sørloth to make a name for himself!!

TBH McArthur is pretty useless when playing wide. One of the others should start there and he can come on to replace, say, Cabaye or Sorloth later in game

Makes him look no better than the u18s if its fitness.

Would be interesting to see this lineup up against

Speroni

Kelly
Sakho
Dann
Schlupp

RLC
Puncheon
Riedewald

Zaha
Wickham
Sako

My money would be on the above

We have no one else who can play on the wing.

Can we have some optimisation please. Lets look on this as an opportunity for some of the other players to shine.

Fed up with such stupid comments. Not everyone is bought 'match ready'. I see it the other way, it's pretty good going that so quickly we have one new signing starting and one on the bench, considering they didn't join from a Premier League club. Have some patience, Roy will be looking them over and getting them ready for HIS way of playing. Goodness knows it's taken the rest a while to learn that.

What's wrong with Sakho now? Seemed OK when he came on last week. Another Wickham!

Crazy to sign an international centre-back, play him in the U23s on Monday and then not even have him on the bench.

When you say another Wickham do you mean he’s only had one really bad injury in his career?

I'm assuming Roy has 'optimised' what he has available; it's just difficult to make bricks with straw.

Well Wan-Bissaka and Lee are more suited than McArthur - though clearly he is superior in a central midfield role
