Took Sturridge exactly three minutes to knacker his hamstring tonight.

One thing our Board and management did get right was to avoid this crock!

Got to feel sorry for Sturridge who has had his injury problems. Could be out for the rest of the season.

WBA want to play with 2 strikers to the end or the season.Their other strikers are Rondon,Rodrigues and Robson-Kanu, although they could play Phillips up front.

Sick note Sturridge was always going to break down.

Don't blame them. I'd sack a board that appointed Pardew and then expected Sturridge to stay fit.

Yep. They have no choice but to stick with Pardew now, and he's going to have to play some very attacking football to get the wins to keep them up, which he prefers anyway. I think they'll make a pretty good fist of it actually, as they have less and less to lose each week..
