Vote done. So well deserved by our Roy. What he has achieved with the injuries we have had to cope with and the lack of transfer window is nothing short of a brilliance. I just hope Steve supports his whishes in the January window.

The way he's gone about his work has been exemplary. It didn't need a revolution - despite the obituaries that had been written after game seven - and he's got it spot on from day one, simply by restoring the basics of pass and move and winning the ball back higher up the pitch, while drilling us into good old fashioned defensive solidarity. I don't want to vote due to the curse though....
