I think the title of thread was obvious on its direction i.e. a bit of fun. Yet the morally right or the justifiable police strike again.

Are you a vicar? How long does it take to climb down your high horse?

I have a sneaking suspicion that you're trying to snatch Olly Murs crown away from him

No. But that doesn't make him a bellend.

Quite. And forming an opinion on someone does not necessarily involve ‘class’.

Exactly. It wasn’t intended as serious.

If I were famous and took the time to visit a girl with a brain tumour, then yes I am.

Known to write complaints to holradio because of the 'language'.

I look down my nose at almost everyone. It's a talent I have. It's not that I am better than them necessarily but just that I laugh at others and their self-importance and delusions of grandeur.
The older you get, the dumber you see people are, including one's self sometimes.

The odd thing is that stupidity is not restricted to people of poor education. It seems to thrive in those who believe that a few years of higher education makes them superior. Oh my.
As for the Bellends of Britain. Celebrities are modern day court jesters. They thrive on attention and are there just to amuse us. Primarily they are there for the masses. The sort of people who would have turned up to see lions eating Christians. The moron masses.

We get the people we deserve in the end.

I have often wondered why I pay good money to watch some of the stupidest people imaginable debate football on Sky. Tony Cottee and Tony Gale in full flow? My god, it's depressing and I pay for the privilege.
We have ourselves to blame for allowing such dumbness into our living rooms. At least it's forgivable in the young. The rest of us have no excuse.

I think that was supposed to be a dig at me. Although I have never written a letter to HOLradio or complained to them in any manner I have posted a couple of times on the forum to say that I only listened to it the once a few years ago and one of the presenters couldn't string three words together without including profanity so I never bothered to listen again.

I have nothing against swearing where appropriate but listening to a radio broadcast that was basically little more than f this and f that from one individual is not my cup of tea

It has to be said you don't come across as the most tolerant of posters,ME. Would the presenter you refer to as not being able to "string more than three words together" have been one Nick Gusset by any chance?

AS Francis Urquhart once said "You might say so but I couldn't possibly comment"

Chris Kamara. He is not funny nor a character. He is just an irritating bellend.
