Well a lot of your politicians also seem to think that filthy personal conduct has no bearing on their integrity and honesty so it's not surprising that you should think the same thing about "Mark".

The answer to your question is of course that it brings him and his profession into disrepute - which, admittedly, is hardly necessary.

As you correctly point out and Willo for whatever reason is ignoring is that his ability is clearly not in question. To ensure I don't get sued (amusingly the typo said used which I genuinely hope doesn't happen!)...his integrity has at least some question marks over it.

What Clattenburg does in his private life is a matter for himself. This has no impact at all on his profession and matters outside his profession do NOT bring it into disrepute.

I have no desire to turn this into yet another tedious WILLO thread and face risible claims that it is all about me so I shall make no further comment on here.

Maybe Martin Atkinson should stop refereeing and trying to educate the morons like Medley, Friend and Moss how it should be done. Every game you see with him in he seems to get nearly everything right and he is just the presence you want from a referee. That said I do think they have a near impossible job and both introduction of electronic assistance and some significant changes in rules are both needed.

I'd rather Martin Atkinson refereed a 3pm kick off and then referee the 5:30 via a TV screen than have Madley or Moss do one of them.

In the last week alone, Madley has cost West Ham 2 points and almost cost City a place in the cup before they won the shoot-out

This is the second time Clattenburg has been found cheating. The first being with Ferguson at the cup final.

Now there is a solution to the problems of refereeing and tv scheduling in one. No same time kick off anymore and all refereed by Atkinson via TV camera's.

It also opens him up to be leveraged; which is a situation he has put himself in - and been punished for - more than once. All of which tells me that his integrity is questionable.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

The level of refereeing in the PL this season has been nothing short of disgraceful. Maybe I just don't remember, but I don't remember a season this bad for refereeing ever.

I can maybe think of one good current PL referee, and that's Martin Atkinson.

S'ok, his alibi is nailed on...

He said he's looking forward to 'Mark' returning back home

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Well all teams get the same bad referees so the whole division keeps the status quo.
That can only be a good thing surely.
I would prefer all refs to be better but all being bad affects everyone and no one!
