Agreed.
Especially under the Floodlights.

Thirded ... or whatever. A striking kit (literally) and far more practical than our usual drab red/blue garb. They looked fresh and lively.

I notice our first goals and points in away games coincided with the wearing, for the first time, of our second change strip.

Our passing game was the best I've seen in ages so maybe the white helped the accuracy of our passes?

We should now stick with the white strip until the 'magic' wears off .... never liked the black anyway.

This is one match where everything went our way including a few contentious referee decisions, long may that continue too.

I'm convinced,
this season has been all about a clothing issue-solved!

I went with one of my Chelsea mates to an evening with ruud gullit, at one point he talked about kit colours and how they can make a difference, how a bright kit can assist a player picking out his team mates, also palace were one of the first English teams, if not the first to have stripes on there socks, again to give an advantage when passing the ball, joking aside kits / colours / markings really can make a difference, remember the United grey kit !, the white Kit IMO clearly helps the players shave off a precious second or two when trying to identify each other to pass to, we should stick with it going forward.

visibility of some colours is more than some others. Imagine trying to spot a teammate in light grey clothing as opposed to one in bright red).

Manchester United used this in their favour while choosing their 1999 outfit. Johan Cruyff had said that black kits were a poor choice as “you do not see your teammates”.

How about this for an idea? The white kit with a red and blue sash???

I can dig out my eighties shirt again - bit of a tight fit unfortunately.

First match 5th October 1974 - not a good day!

No way. That was Schmeichel doing his best acrobatic flip, after him making contact with Benteke, to ensure the ref would blow up and not leave him stranded outside his box with the ball still in play.

As for the kit, I thought it looked great. Subtle stripes still too.

And I always think that the blue that Chelsea and Leicester where, in their own grounds where everything else is the same colour, are the hardest players to pick out. But then they've won the last two titles so it's clearly not a problem for them.

Was worried that this was another post about muslims for a minute there! Thought the right wingers werejust growing in confidence!

Yeah the white kit looks great and for some reason we play amazing in it! Make it our home kit if it gets results like that!!

We like the Yellow strip, we seemed to pass to the yellow shirts quite a lot when we played Watford.
