Any other Manager in this Liverpool position would have massive question marks over his head. World class my backside. Just likes gifting points to Palace's rivals.

Arsenal as well another let down. Bet they turn it on against us and look like Barcelona. Desperate for top 4 but Lacazette and a whole host of other first teamers on the bench tonight against West Ham away. Disgrace.

Good night for us more points gained than any of our rivals. Now only 4 points of 11th place. We are back in it but I think this scenario will still be the same in April / May. . Keep the faith boys and girls !

Yeah I saw! On the whole then, not a bad night, but shame to be back in the bottom 3.

Baby steps. We're off the bottom.

Looking at the weekend, form says we'll likely drop another unless we can pick up a point at Leicester, who are hitting a rich vein of form lately (4 wins in 5).

The important thing is that we're now joined to the fight, instead of being cast adrift, with more than half the season left to play.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

West Ham are not a concern to us as they wont be going down at the end of the day.

The main thing is the the likes of Brighton and Huddersfield fall apart, it was always going to happen. Its a long season.

agree with this 100%. we dont need to look at the fewteams above and below the relegation line as it wont look like this come may.

Southampton, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Swansea, Brighton and Huddersfield have all been mentioned as heading towards danger.

Such a damn shame that in the 6 games against those clubs, we gained 2 points and ‘they’ gained 14. I think we’ll need to be close to reversing that tally in the return fixtures.

Pissed off with Arsenal and Liverpool, but looking more broadly at the table, I'd say we have 8 other genuine relegation contenders.

Great post, that is the key really.
Thanks to the poor manager we had we gifted Swansea and Huddersfield of 3 easy points each (think at the table if those were draws, not wins, only draws...), we now have to get them back in the return.

Thanks for the compliment.

Both those games are away, of course. Maybe we are saving up our away goals for them!

West Ham are going down. Along with Swansea and West Brom.

They had 4 players on their bench that would arguably be our main striker

Roy has done a great job getting us right in the mix -- and that's what matters more than any single week's results. After the start we had, I for one would have bitten your hand off to be where we are by now.

We are much of a muchness with loads of teams in the bottom half (and a few in the top) but we have Wilf and sensible Roy.

I feel we will be properly out of the relegation spots by end Feb. When that day comes, though, I suspect it will be tough not to have a dip in form.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.
