Any keeper whoever they play for knows that when you are leading 2 - 1 and there is only seconds left to half time you give it a proper welly up the field away from your goal ... you don't pranny around with it and kick it a few yards to your centre half that has 2 attackers on him and might lose the ball and then they are through on goal.
Frigging ridiculous

Yes, but Dann had a stinker of a first half outside of that.

Watching the replay several times now, Speroni should not have made that pass for sure. Put Dann right in it with 4 Everton shirts not so far away. But at same time, Dann had 2+ seconds to deal with is before tackled, he failed to know what was around him prior to receiving the ball.
50/50 blame for me.

What a load of twaddle. Speroni saw what the situation was in front of him, Dann wasn't saying pass the ball to me and there was only very little time to go. He should have sent it as far down the pitch as possible. Awful keeping.

Yep, launch it down field, or blast it into touch.

Good call on Cabaye too...he’s been immense this season..

Just a little mention about Andros....think his work rate and effort has been amazing too...he goes under the radar a bit for me!

While I love andros work rate, can help feeling HD needs to score/assist more. Feel HD would do this better playing on the left. Just can't understand why any left footed player wants to play on thd right, makes him so predictable. .

I suppose we now know how West Ham felt when they played us. They got the ball downfield and then kindly gave it back to us.

Both Mahrez and Knockaert have been effective playing down the right.Same for Matt Ritchie. And Messi hasn't been too bad there although he is now playing more centrally !

Instead of who, not Ward surely?

Funny how things can change so quickly. Ward was a total liability not very long ago but now I agree don’t think you can take Ward out currently. TFM offers more going forward, apart from Wards cross on Saturday.. but Wardy better defensively.

I'm sorry but a professional footballer should be able to control it and move it on. Dann's fault completely.

We know you have a rather intense man crush but if you can't see that the second Everton goal was Speroni's fault you have no knowledge of goalkeeping.

I'd disagree with that. Speroni played a perfectly good ball to Dann who had time to control it and turn. Dann then lost it. He might have equally just played that ball out left to Schlupp without needing to turn.
