Danny Ward at Liverpool he is their third choice keeper but whenever he has played has always done well.

I stopped watching because of the irritating music. I thought we should have gone for bercovic ( excuse the spelling) who is now at Bournemouth.

I think that after the treatment that Hennessey has received we are going to have trouble recruiting any keeper who has EPL reputation. Replacing the fans favorite in Speroni even though he is past his best is a thankless task. I can't think of any keepers that RH will have had before who would want to come so the personal relationship on this occasion will not help. Of the ones you suggest I can't see ant of english based coming, Pope would be my favorite but Charlton connections and replace Speroni will be very difficult. Unless we wish to spend around £10 million I can't see either of European players coming which leaves Blake and he couldn't get work permit.
Also I can see Hennessey going in January (he is out of contract in Summer) and a deputy for Speroni coming in (possibly someone like Lawlor), with U23 keeper remaining 3rd Choice.

Can't agree with that to be honest!
The way we took to Mandanda giving him his own chant and getting behind him proves that I think. If he's good enough he'll get the support

... what

I do hope that Henry (our under 23 keeper) along with quite a few of the under 23 team is getting training with the first team squad. By all means give him a first half - with JS & WH on the bench - to see what our third choice keeper can do. Quite a few of the people being mentioned seem to be third choice at their clubs, we do not have too much to lose - and Dion has a lot to gain (a good incentive for him).

Henry is only a young lad of 20. At Peterborough he was behind the likes of Luke McGee,Mark Tyler,Ben Alnwick and Bobby Olejnik.

Was only speaking to someone today about the player who did well last year for Huddersfield on Loan from Liverpool. The chap reckoned that it was Kenny Dalglish who signed Ward from Wrexham.

Was only speaking to my cat this morning and she thinks we're getting Marc-André ter Stegen.

Speaking to Liverpool fans they think he is actually their number 1 but Klopps ego gets in the way of playing him over the other 2.

Just find it funny last year we signed a new number 1 and it didn't work out and this year we sold him but not replace him.

No speakers at the moment, so can't listen to the video, but weren't we very close to signing the Brondby goalkeeper, Frederik Ronnow, on loan at the end of the last window? That could be reignited perhaps?
