Better than promoting them to the actual cabinet years after insiders knew the score,no?

I certainly think that this is a seminal moment in British Politics...and I encourage the 'stone turning' to let all the creepy crawleys come out...problem is this will go on for a while as these issues are largely as a result of the institution; Christ knows what will come out in the House of Lords with all those fuddy duddies...

I agree with Nick, the current government are a lumbering shambles, desperately hanging on to a leader they didn't want, trying to survive the slings and arrows of misfortune and lack a cohesion of a leader that appears out of her depth (and in fairness she seems to have to deal with a lot of very different matters, without the assurance of being able to get policy through parliament).

The only reason she's still leader is that no one wants to be the prime minister responsible for Brexit - which is looking like its going to go badly for the UK - certainly the conservatives running that show don't seem to inspire any confidence that its going well, but I think they were also on a hiding to nothing in having to negotiate an exit without any serious consequences for the UK (there would always be consequences for the UK from leaving the EU, no matter how much bravado got talked up).

The problem is of course no one talked about consequences on the leave campaign, except to dismiss them as remainer nonsense, whilst no one on the remain campaign talked about consequences of staying except to dismiss them as brexiter nonsense.

So you now have a situation where the expectation is to deliver on unrealistic expectations.

I think G is referring to the whole issue and we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.

I think a complaint of inappropriate sexual behaviour must be made with a month of it actually happening and be sustainable.

There are a lot of women you meet in your life who think nothing of ensnaring you ruining your career and marriage and a lot of pathetic males who get turned over.

When you meet that bright attractive new colleague for the first time smile and say hello but in your mind say goodbye.

Are you Gordon Brown in disguise?

What are your thoughts on the current state of the Government? You have never really shared them.

The current state of the Labour party makes the Tories the only option. The last thing this country needs is a swing to the left.

I don't necessarily disagree - however talking to women I know, and have known, sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour seems common place experience for women, even more serious sexual offences seem to be something that most women I've known have experienced to some degree as well.

Now that might just be me, but it does seem that talking to women, they see this a very widespread common issue.

That's not really answering the question is it.

On the contrary. That answers the question precisely.

This country cannot afford a Labour government infiltrated by communists.

Hmm so why did Labour prove such a surprise at the last election. Its not about what the country 'needs' in yours or my opinion, its what the people vote for.

There is no accounting for people's stupidity.

So you deny that the Labour membership has been infiltrated by communists?

People like you.
