Issue is that any striker we go for will know that he will just be a backup for Benteke and perhaps will only get into the side when Benteke is injured given that we play with 1 up front.Might be difficult to attract such a player to come to a side in a relegation battle.

Hopefully Roy will continue with the two up top Willo.
Even modify to 3,making us less predictable.

Why would we assume that Beteke will be first choice? I know he should be, but he was hardly pulling up trees before the injury. Apparently some statistician said he had missed the most chances in the whole Premier league.

It is still better to be 2nd choice than 4th or 5th as Leonardo is now...Here he will be almost guarenteed playing time...

What if Beneteke is s*** for a couple of games? Part of the problem with Tekers is he knows he's nailed on for a start if he's fit. Needs competition. Tell Tekers that the second striker only comes in if he's injured and he'll carry on standing about, missing sitters and letting defenders boss him about.

Leicester has confirmed they will listen to offers for Ulloa in January. Plenty of PL experience, chips in with goals and not bad with his feet, hardworking and help out with own corners. Parrish admits it was a mistake to let Murray leave, it might be a mistake not to go for this Argentine (before he ends up in Brighton again). Shouldn't cost too much either....

Whenever I have seen him, he's looked pretty poor and spends most of the match falling over.

Not sure that he is good enough for the Premier League but maybe if we go down.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Ulloa is on the wrong side of 30.
Typical No 9, in that he can hold the ball up and has good movement in the box when the ball is out wide.
Clever player but is not one to outrun defences.
Suppose the same could be said about Glenn Murray !

Fallin' over? Think you must have mistaken him from Leicester's Okazaki who spends more time on the floor than on his two feet (seemingly).
SP regretted sale of Murray, hope we don't come to regret this one as well.

Good player, but it's impossible to have an immediate impact after not playing for more than a year. And his age is a problem too.

They should have let him leave a long time ago. The time not playing has already done a lot of damage, he's out of the good form he had at Leicester

How u know he's out of form? Watched him on training pitch lately? Has experience and at 31, seen older players than that doin' well in our league.
