Bring in a fast nippy attacker stick him up there with Zaha and Townsend and all hell will break loose.
Big hefty target man don't seem to work anymore in the premier. Look at Man City yesterday.
In the meantime Im a fan of the role Shluppie played. Maybe even get him more up the pitch.

You can't use Guardiola's City team to make a point about the rest of the league, it's a completely different system. Almost everyone else still has a lone striker leading the line. From Kane, Morata, Lukaku, Lacazette down to players like Chris Wood or Andy Carroll.

Besides, if you look at the other Manchester team, Lukaku is the top scorer in the league so far, Morata just behind him (with a few other players).

What? Since Burnley this season, or last season?

Whatever, no reason to change a winning team and style. Maybe with exception of RLC in for Schlupp come Saturday in Newcastle...

RLC has been our best player so far. Get him up there with Wilf and Andros and they could be devastating

Wickham when fit has been very good for us. Problem seems to be with him staying fit really. Pace isn't the everything, for a club our size, especially when you have two very fast skillfull wingers.

He holds up play, wins headers and lay's off well when fit.

Oh yes and if he could add finding the back of the net to his repertoire ever other game that would be nice.

Connor has been really unlucky with injuries since he's been with us, he wasn't a "sick note" before he came here and there was nothing that could be done about his cruciate.

Can't wait for him to be back, he's a good player who has scored some decent goals and gives it his all.

I agree, showed that in the period he was banging them in. Shame its was only a period. Do these type of injury prone players ever fully recover into less injury prone, i'm not sure.

He was starting to do that before these two injuries.

He is injury prone anyway and therefore no point in including him in future planning.

Wickham will play a major part in future planning because if we ever build a new Main Stand we will need to design a bigger treatment room if he is still with us.
