I honestly didn't even notice. The less I notice an official, the better, so well done.

Keys and Gray were in the studio on Bein Sports during the game stream I was watching yesterday. Drivelled on like a couple of pissed old men slumped over a bar. So well done to Massey for making all the right calls yesterday, and for indirectly getting those two largely out of my awareness.

I can stand in for him.....

If my memory serves me right she is based in Coventry and received an MBE. There was also an incident,in Wales I believe, where she was knocked over, apparently an accident.
And of course the sacking of Andy Gray and Richard Keys was because of the awful comments made about her.

As much as some people think they are modern men it is only in public where they are afraid of being judged.

And yes, I live in Sweden where the football show most of the time is hosted by a woman with three pundits, only one of which is a man!

Thought the girl was great, but call me old fashioned, I wouldn't want female commentators. Its fine for women football, but hey, we are watching men and I just prefer listening to mens football commentary than womens.

Thought we had good officials yesterday. Her in particular with three calls that were so tight that she could easily have missed. But I thought Marriner was good yesterday particularly second half, one time he let us break away and the advantage didn't pan out so he brought it back for our free kick when we were under pressure.

Doesn't say a lot for you. Heard of the off switch?

They are good at what they do for the market they serve.

That's not old fashioned, it's personal preference and totally fine.

Recently we have been getting some female commentators for international cricket and most (not all) of them are excellent. So for me....just like for football, it's about the commentator themselves.

But if you prefer men commentating, there's nothing wrong with that and I don't think you need to apologise for it.

I prefer female nurses to male nurses and that's my preference, but it's nothing to do with ability and during a recent over night stay I had no issues with either....but it's a private personal preference and if others don't like it I don't care.

As I recall, she ran the line last season at SP when Sunderland gave us a thrashing.

She had a good match, but later complained about the low sun shining in her eyes which explains why one hand was regularly covering her eyes

She probably should have had the forethought to do what goalkeepers do - come equipped with a cap.

Having said that, I've never seen a ref or Lino wearing a cap.
