No Punch and no Ward! He's picked the team I (and some others) suggested. I like it even if we'll probably still get soundl beaten.

At the risk of pointing out the obvious looks like Puncheon finally got dropped. About time.

No Souare. That's a shame.

More time to recuperate though.
Back for Chelsea hopefully.

No chance, he's got to build match fitness over weeks/months, and I'm not sure he's that much better than PVA anyway.

Schlupp is the only one that bothers me out of that starting line up... I just don't rate the guy at all... To me he's not a left back and he's not a left winger... Not quite sure what he is really.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Now I dare him to take Benteke off with half an hour left and replace him with Sako.

Probably the best choice of left winger today.

Had Palace sorted out the Sakho transfer a month earlier, and FDB picked this team, would we in a different position now ?

Having Schlupp on the left wing should hopefully keep Walker in check, and perhaps give him something to think about defensively with Schlupp's pace.
