Please let's focus on how we get out of this position. Plenty of time to ask and answer such questions if needed in 6 months time

Exactly! Roy only arrived on Wednesday; he deserves more than two sessions, some light training and one game to turn it around. I doubt he's asked for a relegation planning meeting with Steve and Dougie just yet.

We will be fine.key players to comeback and an experienced manager at the helm.

it's good we getting the hard teams out the way.

I for one have not thrown in the towel just yet.

Pseudo Fan ?

5 games with barely a shot on target. 5 losses. Playing the top 3 teams next. Sure, you are a real football genius.

maybe i no longer live in SE19, but i have been an eagle when you were still in the crib and crying for your mother's milk. Why dont you visit some of the palace fan groups based outside south london and express your views that we are 'plastic' to our face ?

As the coaching staff all left en masse there is no-one left to advise him on strengths and weaknesses either.

Thats a little unkind Painter, there are loyal palace fans scattered all over the world, who grew up locally, were and have always been loyal CP supporters but for one reason or another they end up a long way from home. They are entitled to express their views like anybody else, hopefully they will continue to see palace on TV in whatever league they are in thanks to Sky who cover large parts of the globe with their broadcast or through on line newspapers.

Thanks mate, I'll continue to support my childhood club: Palace wherever we play. I don't have a second club other than 1860 Munchen. If it comes to CPFC going down, ESPN3 started to show EFL matches online here in the US. Palace forever!

Assuming the obvious, we get relegated at the end of this season...

Who would still be on the club next season? Zaha I assume would be long gone. Cabaye, Sakho, Benteke gone.

Roy gone.

What about SP? Does he survive the trip down?

Any hope of doing well in the championship next season?

Thats the spirit. Maybe you can go back to supporting the Milwaukee Mudhogs !!

would you care to explain how IF we got relegated SP would not survive it?

He part owns the club, and is chairman fella, would we put him on the transfer list or terminate his contract?

Agree Jimenez.
I think it was Brenty that started a similar muggy thread last year , fair play to him he held his hands up that he'd been a wally.
The OP is a mug and this thread should end up in 'mug talk',
People trying to cover them self just in case we get relegated.
We might do, but why start a thread like this? F*cking idiot.

It's a very sensible question. No need for the rude reply.

The two loans go back.

Benteke (will lose money) will be sold.
Zaha, won't get stupid money for him. Deserves a big club now and won't play in championship, even with us.
Sakho will be on huge wages. Will we take a loss and sell?
Cabaye will go back to France.
Townsend and his desire to play for England will be gone.
Milo? He's decent and may want to leave.
Roy.... This is why bringing in a 70 year old was f***ing stupid. He won't be around to try help rebuild Palace so will havw yet abother manager.

I think that will be it that will want to go. Don't think anyone else is Premierleague standard anyway.

Basically leaves us no Striker as Wickham can't stay fit. Both wingers gone also.

If/when we go down we won't be back up again for a while. Not a bad thing tho IMO.

The answer is straightforward.
Appoint Dougie.Fantastic on recruitment for the Championship.
Bring back Gayle or Murray( both ?) and goals are guaranteed at that level.

They wont be able to watch games, so latch onto other teams and start complaining about them.
