There are no direct quotes but I've seen a couple of articles suggesting he's accepted that he has to in order to keep his job.

I hope you're right in that he gets a chance, I was and still am a believer that he'll come good.

He has to WIN Football matches,Parish does not care what formation we play as long as we win.

And that's what we all want.

Well you are right about formations but Parish certainly cares about how we play football, or he wouldn't have picked Frank De Boer.

I feel a bit for Frank, Parish takes a share of the blame and collectively they need to get it right.

I suspect we'll put on a strong showing against Burnley.

Parish didn't give a s*** when Pardew couldn't win a football match.

Why is FDB not being given the same amount of time?

Totally agree. Maybe, just maybe FDB was not Parish's choice. Whatever I would like to see him getting a bit more support (FDB I mean)

this is bollocks all around.

I am on record saying FdB should get more time. That said, if Parish was going to fire him it should have been after the last match and before the window closed.

Keeping him through the window and for initial prep for a must-win match shows poor planning at every conceivable level.

This ^^.

The point is that we were awful for most of last season. If Sakho hadn't come in we'd have been down. Now we have Sakho but he won't be playing for weeks, so we are left with (more or less) the same dross as last season. Surely Parish as a fan could see this, so why haven't we got more players in (also why did it take so long to get a manager to replace SA and why then only have 4 pre-season matched to perfect a complete change in style)? And why is Puncheon still captain when we've lost 7 of our last 8 games without scoring?

Where?

Neither of your two posts since the season started mention that at all

That is total rubbish, No way will Parish sack Frank after appointing him in the summer after just 3 games. And if we are all honest, the guy that should be under pressure is the one who employed Frank knowing the style of football he prefers to play. He does need time, Surely he should be given at least 10 games

When did he say he is changing his style.?
Parish said it's a results driven business, which is correct, but you do not sack your choice after 3 league defeats.
He will be given time.
If we continue to lose Frank will be sacked.
Let's hope he goes with 4 at the back at Burnley and we win or draw.
Dougie is waiting in the wings.!!

FdB has not to my knowledge said so but the Evening Standard report he will switch to 4 at the back and play 4 3 3 against Burnley. I believe this will be a compromise FdB has reached during talks with Parish. It makes sense. Our defence is comfortable with 4 at the back.

This is the kind of non knee jerk/non panic reaction that has been lacking.
If FdB is sacked this early it is solely 100% down to Parish. And to think how long it took to confirm his appointment too! Not as if they hadn't had the time to do the homework. With the money the club have spent on the team they need to get a manager right. You don't buy a brand new combine harvester and then ask the milk maid to drive it!
He has the credentials, he has also got respected supporters within the game that speak very highly of him. From what Sakho and MacCarthur have been saying it sounds like the players are behind him so lets stop all this negativity towards him for a reasonable period, at least another 5 games and get behind him.
He deserves some time.
