Even if we had him he's still not fit so he woudln't have been in the team anyway.

I see much negativity written about Steve Parish. We can never forget that Steve Parish saved our club because there is always somebody like you to remind us. Are we '' an established Premier League team '' ? If we are, we do not operate like one. Even though they missed out on signing Janssen from Spurs, bloody Brighton have more recognised strikers than we do and they are newly promoted ! It is largely acknowledged that Hennessy is at the lower end of the scale ( and that's being kind ) of PL goalkeepers and yet the only competition provided to him was from an overrated Mandanda who never looked like he wanted to be here....and look how that ended up. Why are we scrambling around at the last knockings of the transfer window to address a long standing problem - and then failing to resolve it ?! And '' if FDB is not the right man '' etc., well who appointed him in the first place ? In the full knowledge that the ' Palace DNA ' that SP referred to last year was about to be ripped apart as the new man decided upon his tactics before evaluating the players available to him. I have no axe to grind with Steve Parish, he has many good traits that have served our club well. But despite having - on paper at least - the best starting eleven since we came up - we look as vulnerable now as we did four years ago.

Parish has lost us 2 managers Holloway and Pullis over transfers, also had the audacity to take Pullis to court over his bonus payment, how much money have you received Parish for being in the premier league through Pullis keeping us up. Well done on getting Sakho you saved us a hole 4 Million when we could have had him from the start of the season and may be had some points on the board. Yes, he could bave got himself fit using our facilities instead of Liverpool's. He still isn't quite fit, actually.

A smooth transition to hand over the reins to someone who really could improve the club all round from where we are now would have Crystal Palace's best interests at heart. He doesn't have to sell or be hands off - just employ somebody who could do a better job than himself because he has run out of ideas and direction and is stale now and is slowly but surely dragging the club back.

TBF it's not just us that dither about at the end of the transfer window, a lot of clubs do this and then fail (City / Sanchez)And look at Newcastle !!! But failing to add a Striker and a new Keeper will hurt us in the long run, best case scenario is the Sakho signing will lift the boys and they go on a few games of winning, we look average, until Jan when we can then add a Striker and a Gk, and everyone stays fit.

I have never thought of relegation as being a positive and I would hate for that to happen but if we did go down I do hope it means all of you whining, self-entitled f*** wits would piss off and support a team like West Ham which is where your sad, boring, moaning like a child attitude towards supporting your club would better fit in.

Sorry completely wrong , didn't we sign 12/13 players with Holloway ?, he left because he was out of his depth, Jesus I still have nightmares over that 1-3 loss to Fulham. Pulls scuttled away leaving us in the s*** a few days before the start of the season he had no intention of starting with us. He lied to get his bonus and screwed the club over, SP was 100% correct to take him to court and won. Sakho is injured yes I guess we could of stumped up the 30mill in June and payed him for two months of physio that LFC were picking the tab up for. SP isn't perfect, but he has the clubs best interests at heart, would you swap with Blackburn and get some chicken farmers in to assett strip.
