Well, I will not Blaming Frank for doing what he was brought in to come and do with little or no cash. Though he must have been made aware to some degree, I feel it is not fair to blame lack of concentration of a few players on him, regardless of how it works out as the formation and accent are slightly different they haven't gelled yet, and it so does take time.

The business model I believe is on the same lines as Barca and Ajax.

They were both strapped for cash when they best way forward for them was to

1) build a strong Academy,
2) To always Play as 1 team together, and bring up players from within the academy.
3) Adopt what came to be accepted as the "Total Football Philosophy" throughout the all of the Club, and practice all its variations as they have progressed over the years.

I doubt if this is exactly what Steve Parish has in mind but like us as he is a Palace fan, Parish has the best interests and the future of CPFC and CPFC2010 at heart.

I am comfortable with the reasoning of this business model if this is close to what his thinking is. I am sure he has a handle on the numbers and figures and how it could all go badly wrong, much better than any here.

Regardless of what FDB brings to the Pitch with the EPL matches, and like all of us I hope it works out sooner than later, he has a fantastic record of bringing up and training top quality youngsters consistently and has already shown a good eye for the kind of player he is looking for.

So yes I do hope he stays for the full 3 years and longer.

It is very hard to see how you can possibly blame a manager who was brought in By Steve Parish and with the board and found his hands tied by the antics of the Liverpool board and Manager. But I guess you have never thought others may use Machiavellian tactics even before the start of a season eh !!!!

It's not success, it's called survival and we bought it last January.
