Unfortunately we need to act now and SP has to accept that he has massively got it wrong this time.

We can't afford to lose to Burnley & Southampton as after this we have Chelsea, Man City & Man Utd so could be on 0 points after 8 games.

This will be tough to recover from and if we get relegated it would be a disaster for our club.

We sacked Pardew cause he tried to be too expansive and we bring another manager that wants to do the same yet does not back him.

If money was tight then we should have brought in a manager in the mould of big Sam (Sean Dyche).

I am sorry but he is losing the dressing room and the fans already and the football is the worst I have seen since we got promoted.

Also we go on about FFP rules how do teams like Bournemouth who have a 12k capacity do it?

Act now before it is too late.

While you make a couple of fair points you badly let yourself down with this.
How the hell do you know if he is losing the dressing room?
How do you know if he has lost the fans already? Every fan I have spoken to (and its a lot) are bitterly disappointed yet see the damage that pulling the plug now could do rather than holding our nerve and trying to have faith FdB knows what he is doing.
Worst football since we were promoted? Utter crap. Under Holloway before he walked was far worse and under Allardyce for the first 4 or 5 games we were terrible. People have short memories. It took a thumping at home to the bottom team before our team woke up and smelt the coffee.

Or dazza - entitle your thread as "Another FDB out moany whingey thread" and we'll know to avoid it.

"For the sake of our club" could have been anything - a request for blood donors, a cake sale, a petition to reinstate Ernie Whalley.

So how about you stop with the enigmatic 'click bait' thread titles and we'll stop reading the same old drivel that's all over Palace Talk every time we lose.

He has a point about avoiding the new threads you don't like, but you have a point about the title. Your point was accentuated by the humorous blood donor and cake sale references, so well done. 2-0 pikester

Ahh I used to love that programme- "Veronica!"

I was on the phone to a friend the other 'day' and he informed me that Kevin Rowland and Dexys Midnight Runners both 'wrote' and sung the 'theme' tune.

A great bit of trivia there, Pikers. I must admit at I "had a bit of a thing" for the original 'Lesley' (Lionel's daughter - played by Kim Thomson). Very nice, I thought, but she only appeared in a small number of episodes
