Trouble with that is that it's probably the players that we want to keep that will command the highest transfer fees. A permanently injured Sako won't command much of a fee and neither will Mutch

With a squad as thin as ours one must wonder the players he is planning to sell. Hopefully fringe players like Sako, Mutch, Lee etc. (we really were Pardewed nicely with those) Rather than say a Cabaye.

Cannot see that much money generated by selling some who have been less than impressive in the first team or any of our fringe players.

Well that three surely includes a RWB and a backup striker. I just can't imagine us overlooking these. The other could be a GK, CB, attacking midfielder or winger.

We certainly won't be getting in players for all these positions. This whole transfer business is very stressful for those involved at the club and can invariably be very frustrating as well with a number of agents etc etc getting involved and having to compete with other clubs after the same players.Supporters just don't realise what goes on behind the scenes - hectic, frenetic etc etc.

Said he can't understand how some teams are spending within the confines of FFP. Wondering if since Platini has gone, certain teams have decided to simply ignore the rules. Henry Winter suggested it might all come out eventually.
