I personally think he talks a lot of sense.

Take those rose tinted spectacles off guys for a minute and digest what he says.

Rose tinted? That would mean they already agree with him?

Also right about being supportive until nothing to support. Yes last week was bad but we started season worse than this 1 win in 8 or 9 under Holloway. Maybe dyche looked as a sensible option but we got frank now. Not expecting anything today, just want to see some progress and give us real hope when we play Swansea.

I concur with these sentiments.
I often find myself nodding in agreement when he speaks.

Some might view him as a saloon bar loudmouth, a sultan of pomp with a gargantuan ego but I do find him a perspicacious chappie and a bracing gust of fresh air.

Yep.

I feel a little dirty for agreeing with a lot of what he said, especially "fans need to stop being fans & start being supporters".

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

He does have some very engaging and insightful phrases.
I recall his "We are products of our experiences"

I agree with pretty much everything SJ said and the funny thing is I have been saying the same things for weeks.

Ever since Big Sam left I was also saying that he wanted an amount of money to spend, didn't get it so thought retirement was a better option.

There are too many people around with 'rose tinted glasses', that's not to say FdB shouldn't be backed and given time. He's here now so we have to give this 'project' time to sink or swim.

The problem is it's Parish (our saviour and he who is not allowed to be criticised) who wants this expansive style of football. That is probably why he was so patient with Pardew, he was probably convinced to play it.

It will be interesting if things do go down the fighting against relegation path because though the owners have an equal share maybe they will out-vote Parish and stage a coup?

Even at this stage their investment must have increased in value so they have nothing to lose.

Question is, how long do we stay grateful for? If someone saves your life at what stage is it okay to kick them out the house? Tell them to stop taking liberties with your missus?

I have a lot of time for SP but I've never thought he should go unquestioned and be unaccountable.

Seemingly to many on here he is 'Bullet proof' and cannot do any wrong.

No Chairman, manager is above criticism.
My goodness if it doesn't work out for FDB, Parish really will encur the wrath of supporters (And maybe Harris/Blitzer) as it was he who selected the manager after an exhaustive selection process.

I agreed with almost everything he said.
He is articulate and intelligent so it is unfortunate he made such a hash of nearly everything when he was in charge ......
