He's not very expensive judging from th efact that the 1 year loan cost Watford only 1 million. Usually, the 1 year loan is about 30% of the cost of the player.

Didn't have a great first season in the PL, just 1 goal and 2 assists in 1500 minutes, but can get better. Used to be very good in Portugal for Sporting.
