Heaton would be my choice but I think he would be around 15 million as I'd guess Burnley would be very reluctant to let him leave.

Heaton is millions time better than Hennessy. Adrian a slight improvement. Adrian a 2 year stop gap. Heaton could be Palace goalie for 4 to 5 years. Edited by Dan89 (27 Jul 2017 9.02pm)

I don't think Adrian is much, if any, of an improvement on WH. To get a real improvement we will need to pay at least 10 million and probably 15-20 million.

We aren't going to buy Heaton, just forget it. Just ask yourself why would he come here, he is a northern lad, in the England set up, hero worshipped at Burnley, more than likely their best paid player. There is no benefit for him to come to us.

Palace are a bigger club than Burnley. Look at their squad it's full of championship players. They sold their best player in the summer in keane and their only aim to stay up. . London a great place to live compared to Burnley.

It works for overseas players but it's not for a lot of brits.

Their overall wage bill is lower than ours, so they can pay their best players more. If he was to move it would be to a club playing in Europe, not a team that finished one point ahead of Burnley.

A chap I spoke to last night said that Heaton is a very good outfield player, adding that he has played in midfield for Wrexham and was used as an emergency striker for Man Utd in a friendly and actually scored ! He also said that Heaton was a Liverpool supporter. All of this was news to me. Edited by Willo (28 Jul 2017 8.27am)

Burnley highest earner 40k max, compared to Palace biggest earners are 100k + , your negative view about our club is a sad state of affairs. Heaton 31, looking for one last move, look at Marko arnatovic joined West Ham from stoke. West Ham finished higher than stoke last season by 1 point. Where all the clubs in Europe queuing up for heaton.
