He always works hard-never stops running. With his confidence up his skills follow suit. Superb.

just makes you realise how good players can be with the right manager. He was excellent today and I've been a critic but I can't praise him highly enough today. When Wilf tired he kept going, well done !!!!

He was my MOTM - Always an outlet, worked his socks off and used the ball well (mostly). Wilf ran him a close second, but they all put in a good shift today

I think that is exactly where the major problem lies. We have players of immense ability like Wilf, Andros and Mamadou actually in the same same squad as players like |Jordon, Jason, Joel and Bakary and one or two others. The latter are Championship level if we are being honest.

Andros was brilliant today. Competition for MOTM.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

Since Sam dropped him last January he's been immense. Runs his socks off and is a proper threat every game. Likes a shot, decent cross, tremendous player.

His tackle to stop a certain goal in the first half from a lofted through pass 5 yards out was exceptional.

Playing really well one game out of five or so like Joel does in not good enough to be described confidently as being a Prem level footballer. And the fact we haven't upgraded on him after five seasons says more about the management than about Joel.
