A man after my own heart, I've been saying this for ages - all sky blue with a claret sash, bit of primrose trim here and there, maybe a thick claret band on the top of the socks, oooohh, suits you sir!

Would love that. A nod to our heritage.

How old is 'older'? I'm 50 and have only ever known Red n Blue since '79 when I began following The Palace. For me Claret & Blue are perennialy linked to sh!t teams like Wet Sham, Villa & Burnley, so no, I wouldn't want to see us return to it even if it is our heritage. For me the Red n Blue is unique in England and I'm very happy to stick with it.

Or perhaps use the suggestion of claret and blue aas a 3rd kit ?
Something like the new locomotive Moscow kit, with the claret stripes being really thin.
I'm really hoping that next season we get Addidas to make our kits, the Macron kits in the most part have been great, but be nice to have a "quality A class brand" which in turn would increase the profile of the club as well.
Also perhaps time to start selling shirts in local (south London) sports stores ?

I could live with that.

My all time favourite kit was our 97-98 adidas kit and I for one would love to see them come on board again. Their red & blue away kit for Stoke a few seasons ago was gorgeous. [Link]

Nobody ever suggested "claret and blue" sa_eagle. I think you misread and or misunderstood before spouting off about teams you hate. The suggestion was sky blue with a claret (aka red) sash which is what we used for THREE seasons in the early 1980's as our away strip when you claim to have been a supporter.

It was a very popular shirt on the Holmesdale terraces even when we were at home. Maybe you like... forgot, or had too many chemicals!?

As far as I know it's only been used by one other team in the World.

To be released next week. White away. Black third

As Danny Butterfield wheeled away, arms aloft in celebration of his third goal – an expression of delight and astonishment on his face – a man seated beside me in the stands turned to his young son and told him that he would remember this moment for the rest of his life. I will too.

madness why its taken so long especially as the summer is coming up and people would like to purchase the strips for their kids before the schools break up etc, it will probably be late August, typical hopeless Palace, madness
