didn't do them anygood in the end though did it

makes me feel better anyway.
(bloody Oldham & sodding villa losing to 'em)

I wont be happy until the fat Sam sings, we're not mathematically safe & our history shows we should count or chickens, we've been almost safe twice and both times we got fooked!

We need to beat Burnley and then party time, but as most of us know a team that hasn't won away all season can roll up at Selhurst and win!

I'm very worried about this game.

Bournemouth have same points as us but are 250/1 to go down. Bookies don't seem to be worried about them.

Assume they have a decent run in... as for palace being worried we'll to be fair we was right in the mix until the Liverpool result and only bad news since that.

Aye, its goes back to Bert reminding supporter not to count their chickens. But we've been through the thing so many times that although its dreadful. It will be a bad 2010 and real possibility that the club was going to fold

But that's the whole pint of worrying - we have seen it happen before, so we can accept that there is a very real possibility that we will lose all our remaining fixtures (whilst those below us win all of theirs with amazing effects on their goal difference statistics), and we end up on the last day of the season, having lost ours, glued to the radio (or these days Twitterfeed/t'internet or whatever)hoping to hell that someone will score in the dying minutes from probably the last kick of the game to decide if we go or if we stay.

It's not fun, it's not good for the health but it IS part and parcel of being a Palace fan.

Dont worry we will seal it at the weekend. Beat Burnley then Rashford Martial Mkhitaryan and Pogba will have too much for Swansea

Did you really live the Oldham/Sheffield United story?? Because if you WERE there last home game v Ipswich actually celebrating staying up, then at Highbury last game still believing we were staying up, you WOULD understand!!

Yes we're looking good for staying up, but it's not over till the Fat Sam sings!!!

Surely Burnley will be fit and prepared for this game and we will be semi-knackered.

I know it's a house we've been around many times before, but beat Burnley and Swansea draw against manure and we'll be safe. A minus 21 goal difference difference (plus whatever we win by) will not be overhauled in 3 matches.

Tough, yes. But for Watford to be relegated, 8 clubs including us would have to overtake them, which would mean Swansea taking 10 points from their 4 remaining games. It could happen but it ain't gonna.

West Ham are far too arrogant to think they're in a relegation battle.
